Dunyapur Tehsil spreads over an area of 889 square kilometers. The TMA comprises 22 Union Councils with 1 CO unit namely Dunyapur. The population of the town is growing at a rate of 3.54% per annum and is having about eight persons per household. With this growth rate present population in year 2007 is estimated as 40,363 persons and will grow up to 57,155 persons in the year 2017 and is likely to be 80,935 persons by 2027.
