Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) while engaging in procurement of goods, works and services for PMSIP sub-projects, focuses on following basic principles of procurement:

• Fairness (impartial, consistent & reliable)
• Transparency (unambiguous accountability and ethical standards)

PMDFC prepared a procurement plan for the first 18 months, which was approved by the Bank. All procurements were done in accordance with the procurement plan. Procurement Plan is updated as required in consultation with all concerned departments of PMDFC.
